We are rapidly becoming a leader in the marketing world that clings to a two dimensional advertising strategy: speaking avatars to replace human interaction, mass emails to reach hundreds of thousands of people in a matter of minutes, an over competitive, impersonal, non-selective approach that can sometimes do more harm than good.
We believe that a more straight forward approach, that targets consumers directly, brings the human interaction back into the marketing strategy. We let the quality and value of our promotions speak for themselves. Our concept integrates the products promotion into the consumers shopping environment, thus creating a more receptive response.

Hands-on Training: Using our hands-on training philosophy, we are able to ensure that all of our representatives are fully trained in all aspects of our company. Consistency is, above all, the most important factor when it comes to training and developing our representatives. Through this, we are able to bridge the gap between our product and our customers.

Chicago Marketing has developed a successful training program that is designed to produce top- notch national account managers for new and existing clients. As we continue to grow, so does our need for leaders in our business. The management training program is comprised of four different stages of development:
- Entry Level Sales Representative
- Team Leader
- Assistant Manager
We take a mentor style approach where individuals are taught through applied learning in all aspects of marketing and management. Some areas of training include public relations, campaign management, client acquisition, promotions, client representation, and leadership development. All training takes place in an energetic and dynamic work environment in order to foster each individual’s goals and achievements. We focus on training individuals in a comprehensive, yet accelerated pace, in order to keep up with our growth and expansion needs.
